Which dose can I book?

You can book an appointment for any of the 1st, 2nd or the booster dose. Please select the vaccine type (Pfizer or Moderna) and the booking process will guide you to the appropriate forms that need to be filled out.

What is the location of the vaccination clinics? 

We are conducting a total of 5 clinics in different locations; one clinic per each location. Please select the relevant date in the calendar below.
